How do communities fund equity-driven work, during and beyond grant cycles?

Accountable Communities for Health (ACHs) are using Wellness Funds, flexible, community-managed resources, to sustain local initiatives in housing, prevention, emergency response, violence reduction, and more.

In this webinar, you’ll learn how Wellness Funds:

  • Complement grant funding by blending public, private, and philanthropic dollars

  • Support community-led priorities beyond grant restrictions

  • Align multi-sector resources for greater local impact

  • Build sustainable financing models for long-term equity efforts

Join this timely conversation to hear how ACHs are structuring Wellness Funds, what’s working on the ground, and why this model is reshaping community partnerships for health equity.
