Building California’s Trust Infrastructure: Reflections on 10 Years of CACHI
CACHI recently celebrated its tenth anniversary with 10 Years of Impact: 2016–2026—our inaugural impact report documenting the initiative’s history, model, and reach. The report showcases stories from Accountable Communities for Health (ACHs) and highlights 36 transformations they have catalyzed across the state. In this session, we will build upon that history to share what has worked, what has been challenging, and what the network has learned collectively over the past decade. Following reflections from CACHI Executive Director Rea Pañares and longtime partner Bonnie Midura of The California Endowment, leaders from the San Diego Wellness Collaborative, Humboldt Community Health Trust, Redwood City Together, and the Antelope Valley Violence Prevention Coalition will share how they have built effective, trust-bafsed partnerships to advance health and equity in their communities.
In this webinar, we discussed how ACHs are:
Building cross-sector trust before crises strike
Creating local infrastructure that helps communities coordinate care, share data, support youth, and prevent violence
Developing practical, multifaceted strategies for systems change
