Building California’s Trust Infrastructure: Reflecting on 10 Years of CACHI
CACHI recently marked its 10-year anniversary with 10 Years of Impact: 2016-2026, our inaugural impact report documenting the initiative's history, model, and reach. The report features stories from Accountable Communities for Health (ACHs)and 36 transformations they have catalyzed across the state.
Throughout this session, we'll draw on that history to share what has worked, what has been challenging, and what the network has learned together over the past decade. After reflections from CACHI Executive Director Rea Pañares and long-time supporter Bonnie Midura of The California Endowment, leaders from San Diego Wellness Collaborative, Humboldt Community Health Trust, Redwood City Together, and Antelope Valley Violence Prevention Coalition will share how they have built trusting, effective partnerships to advance health and equity in their communities.
In this webinar, you’ll hear how ACHs are:
Building trust across sectors before crises hit
Creating local infrastructure that helps communities coordinate care, share data, support young people, and prevent violence
Developing multifaceted, practical systems change strategies
Featured ACHs
Kitty Bailey, San Diego Wellness Collaborative
Jessica Osborne-Stafsnes, Humboldt Community Health Trust
Rafael Avedaño, Redwood City Together
Adel Domingo, Antelope Valley Violence Prevention Coalition
